Calais Maine Events

Send us your events, things going on around town, and things to do in general. We would like to add more information to the website but we need the community’s help to gather the information to put on the website.
Such as
ATV Trails
Walking Trails
Skiing
Boating
Parks and Playgrounds
and anything else you can think of.

We are looking to add some new sections to the website to answer some of these questions for people visiting the Calais Area, and the more information people in the community send us the better.

When? – We Feel we are doing and have gotten alot of great feed back that the website is delivering information on events and things going on, keep sending us the information and we will keep on posting it.

Where? – Now we want to address where to stay, where to eat for both local people and visitors alike. So if we can have people submit information to answer these questions we will be able to deliver it. We have already added a Where to Stay section but we know there is more and we need people to help us gather information.

What? What things are there to do, such as hiking/walking paths, parks, playgrounds, swimming, 4 wheeling and more.We are in the process of gatherin this information to add a things to do section so if you know of something that is alot of fun send it through so that we can add this as well.

It’s great to hear feedback and to get more information online and readily available for everyone to access easily.

We wanted to keep everyone informed of the updates and changes that will be coming to Calais Events.com over the next little while. To be more interactive for the community we have now added a news section that can be found in the secondary navigation. This won’t be traditional news but Service Announcements from Calais Events.com and news submitted by the people of Calais.

We would like to start posting things like wedding announcements, special occasion’s, new store opening or even an upcoming sale etc. which will be found under the news section of the website. We have also had quite a few requests for a Business Directory and we will be looking into options for that as well.
