Costume Display

The costume committe now has a display set up in the foyer of the Downeast Heritage Museum Building, Drop in to the Tourist Information Centre to review our display.

Included are reproductions of ensembles from the 1800’s along with some original pieces.  Also  display of Native hand made baskets and some jewlery and lace worn in days gone by.  Additional items are most welcome.

    It is nice to see additions being made to the Bicentennial Display at the Tourist Information Center. Keep up the good work.

      Thanks for Commenting, We think there is a lot of great work being completed for the Bi-Centennial and it should be a great celebration.
