The 36th Annual International Homecoming Festival is July 31-Aug 9, 2009. The STREET FAIR is Saturday, August 8, 2009 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you wish to stay open longer than 6:00 p.m., the sole approving authority will be the Calais Police Department. Main Street will re-open to traffic at 6:00 p.m. regardless.

ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN PLACE AND SET UP BY 8:00 A.M. EASTERN TIME.

**Please remember-Spaces are designated on a first come-first served basis. If you wish to be in the same spot as last year, we will try to place you there. No space will be assigned until payment is received.Note-Some spaces are no longer available-they are reserved for the merchants.

  • Fees: Booth Space (Regular car parking space) $40 per space below Monroe Street; $50 per space between North and Monroe Streets; $60 per space with electrical access. Spaces 55-67 ( see map) are $50.00 w/o electrical
  • Electricity (110v) is available by request but extremely limited-10 spaces available. For your safety and to prolong the life of your appliances, vendors must use a 12-gauge or better cord. Not all spaces have electrical access. THE 12 GAUGE OR BETTER RULE WILL BE STRICKLY ENFORCED
  • The St. Croix Valley Chamber of Commerce does not furnish any equipment (tables, tents, chairs, water, etc.). Fee is for space only. WE WILL HAVE 2 PORTABLE RESTROOMS ON SITE.
  • Vendor displays must not protrude beyond the parking spot space to allow for parade to pass.
  • It is requested that vendors carry Canadian money. We will furnish a discount rate the day of the Street Fair.
  • Silly string, snappers, and similar products have been banned by the City of Calais
  • Fees are subject to change without notice. If you pre-pay for 2010, you are responsible for the difference if fees increase.
  • Vendors must park their vehicles in the Eastern Main Coop Union Street parking lot after unloading.
  • No refunds will be given.
